What is the LumenHaus Referral Program?
The LumenHaus Referral Program lets you invite friends to join the clean energy transition with LumenHaus. When a friend starts a qualifying project using your referral code and the installation is successfully completed, you and the referred customer may receive a €400 bonus, subject to eligibility verification.
Who can participate?
Anyone can participate—whether you are already a LumenHaus customer or not. No purchase is required to obtain a referral code. Rewards are granted only for qualifying projects that are successfully completed and verified.
How do I get and share my referral code?
Enter your name and email address on this page: https://www.lumenhaus.com/referral.html, to receive your personal referral code. You can then share it via WhatsApp, email, messaging apps, or social media.
How do I use the referral code?
After obtaining a referral code from your friend, you can use the code in one of the following ways:
● Visit our homepage www.lumenhaus.com. Click "Start Energy Transition", fill out the contact form, and enter the referral code.
● Provide the referral code to our sales team before signing the contract.
When will the €400 bonus be paid out?
Referral bonuses are processed on a monthly basis after the referred installation is completed and verified. Payment is made via bank transfer. If we need additional details (e.g., IBAN/BIC), we will contact you.
What payment method is used?
Bonuses are paid via bank transfer. To process the payout, we may request your IBAN and BIC if they are not already on record.
What are the eligibility requirements for a referral reward?
In general, a referral becomes eligible when it results in a successfully completed installation that meets the program requirements.

Typically, eligibility depends on the finalized order details—for example, the project may need to meet a certain minimum scope or order value, and other conditions may apply. After installation is completed, we will review the project and confirm eligibility.

LumenHaus reserves the right to make the final determination on reward eligibility and interpretation of the program rules.
Can I combine my referral bonus with other promotions?
In most cases, yes—referral bonuses and customer benefits can be combined with other active LumenHaus promotions unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
Does my referral code expire?
Referral codes do not have a fixed expiration date. They remain valid as long as the program is active. If the program is discontinued, codes will expire automatically.
Is there a limit to how many people I can invite?
No. There is no limit to the number of people you can invite. The more qualifying referrals you make, the more bonuses you can earn.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are not eligible. The referrer and the referred customer must be different individuals.
